SUMMARY:Safe at Home Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\,  \nSafe at Home…  \nHome. Home is the one place where most us can run to share good news and bad; to feel warmth and comfort from heartache and hardship. Home is where families gather to celebrate\, reminisce\, and dream. Home is where we can find shelter from the storm. Any storm.  \nInterfaith Outreach Association has been helping families find their home in the storm for 54 years. Whether that storm is impending homelessness\, loss of utilities\, the fear of having to leave your home due to disability\, or navigating how to successfully return home after being incarcerated\, Interfaith Outreach has faithfully been providing a hand up\, not a hand out\, to our community – without judgment.  \nToday\, many families are scared of the unknown\, nervous about whether or not they will have a job to return to when things settle down\, and panicked about how they will pay for basic needs such as their utility bills\, rent\, and modest bust necessary home repairs. Imagine facing homelessness or not having warm running water in the midst of a crisis. Imagine the loneliness of realizing you can no longer leave your house because you can’t climb the steps leading from the porch with your walker and the cost of a ramp is out of reach. For 54 years\, you have allowed Interfaith Outreach to make sure those situations are few and far between.  \nIOA stands ready to help families continue to be safe at home. Your monetary gifts directly determine the amount of financial support we can offer. With your assistance\, we can help to provide that continued sense of home for all those in need as we have for more than 54 years. Thank you for helping Interfaith Outreach keep our neighbors safe at home! \nPlease Stay Safe at Home! \nShawne Farmer \nExecutive Director
